Installation

1 Add to Resources

Drag the fiveview folder into your server's resources directory:

Place in: server-data/resources/fiveview

2 Start the Resource

Add the resource to your server.cfg: 

ensure fiveview

3 Done!

That's all there is to it. FiveView is extremely compact — most content is streamed automatically. No database setup, no item configuration required.

Configuration

Basic Settings 

-- Enable community/shared database support
Config.CommunityDatabase = true

-- Command to open the map
Config.Opencommand = "fivemap"

Exports

FiveView exposes three client-side exports that any resource can call to open the map or a street-view panorama at a specific GTA V world coordinate.

OpenFiveViewAtCoords(x, y, mode)

Opens FiveView at the given coordinates. mode is "panorama" (open map + jump to nearest street-view node) or "map" (open map, fly to location only). 

exports['fiveview']:OpenFiveViewAtCoords(100.0, -800.0, 'panorama')
exports['fiveview']:OpenFiveViewAtCoords(0.0, 0.0, 'map')

OpenFiveViewPanorama(x, y)

Shorthand — opens the map and immediately loads the nearest street-view panorama to the given coordinates. 

exports['fiveview']:OpenFiveViewPanorama(441.3, -980.2)

OpenFiveViewMap(x, y)

Shorthand — opens the map and flies to the location. No panorama is opened automatically. 

exports['fiveview']:OpenFiveViewMap(-1722.0, -420.5)

Resource Dependency

Add fiveview as a dependency in your fxmanifest.lua to ensure it starts first: 

dependencies {
    'fiveview'
}
